About Us

Emma’s Footprints is a support community for families grieving infant and pregnancy loss, providing emotional support, compassionate guidance, and financial assistance for burial, cremation, memorialization, and counseling services.

Each of us at Emma’s Footprints has healed from our loss better and faster because of support we received from someone who has “been there”. A friend. A caregiver. A guide. We’d be honored to provide that same compassionate care to you.

Meet the Founders

Tracy Dailey, Co-Founder and Board Chair

Tracy Dailey is Co-Founder and Board Chair of Emma’s Footprints. Tracy and her husband, Bryan, lost Emma K. Dailey on May 30, 2007; six years later she felt a tugging on her heart to “climb into the trenches” with families suffering pregnancy and infant loss. In 2013, Emma’s Footprints was born.

 Since Tracy was little, she knew she wanted to help people, but could have never imagined starting a non-profit and caring for families through their grief. When Tracy isn’t dreaming of ways to grow Emma’s mission, she enjoys spending time with family, attending Grace Church, playing sand volleyball and showing no mercy to her three boys on the basketball court.

Kristen Banocy, Co-Founder and Executive Director

Kristen Banocy is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Emma’s Footprints. Kristen founded Emma’s with Tracy Dailey in 2013 and became Executive Director in April 2017. As Executive Director, Kristen is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, fundraising, grant writing, event planning, and everything else that helps support Emma’s mission.

When she isn’t working for Emma’s, Kristen can be found wrangling her three beautiful children, spending time with her husband, traveling around the country to visit family and organizing anything and everything she can get her hands on.

Kristen is grateful to be part of an organization that not only provides support to families financially but emotionally, with an emphasis on personal healing for every member of the family.
